2018 BOARD MEETING DATES
Board meetings are reserved for Board business and Board discussions. Chapter members are welcome to attend Board Meetings, and advance notice is recommended for the following reasons:
1. If there is a specific issue you would like to discuss, the Board would like to prepare and make room on the agenda.
2. Meetings can be cancelled or the location can change.
Because Board Meetings can sometimes be rescheduled, or agendas can be full, we ask that in order to reserve a space on the agenda or to observe a meeting, guests contact the CO/WY CCIM office at 720-404-9872 or email email@example.com two weeks prior to the meeting. Guests will be asked to read the Anti-trust and Conflict of Interest/Code of Conduct Policies, and return the respective forms prior to the meeting. Guests will also be asked to provide any documentation for the Board to review pertaining to the issue the guest would like to discuss. Occasionally, the President will request that the Board enter Executive Session for discussion, which would exclude any meeting guests.
