CCIM Scholarship Programs

Chapter 101 Scholarship Program
The Chapter 101 Scholarship Program is designed to promote the CCIM designation on a broad basis and to increase the visibility of the chapters. Through the Chapter Scholarship, the Education Foundation awards $500 toward the cost of completing CI 101: Financial Analysis for Commercial Real Estate. University Scholarships
Special program through University of Denver, Colorado State University, and the University of Colorado. Available to active junior and senior students pursuing a career in commercial real estate from any of the above schools.

Award: $1000 and a complimentary enrollment to the CCIM Institute's core course CI 101 - "Financial Analysis in Commercial Real Estate".

State Chapter Cultural Diversity Scholarship
Available to those of a cultural minority interested in pursuing a career in commercial real estate who wish to attend the initial course in obtaining the CCIM designation.The tuition value of this course, CI 101, is approximately $1015. Scholarships will be awarded by the CCIM Institute at the national level.

Award: Tuition voucher for CI 101 upon course application

 Ronald A Pettegrew Memorial Scholarship
Available to CCIM designee candidates who have successfully completed CI 101 and wish to take any other core courses towards the CCIM Designation.

Award: Tuition reimbursement up to $1000 for successful course completion.

 Life After the Pin Scholarship
Available to CCIM designees; must be members of the Colorado/Wyoming CCIM Chapter #12.

Award: Tuition reimbursed up to $250; may be used for any CCIM core course. Two scholarships available; issued by the Colorado/Wyoming Chapter.
